Expected Behavior

Window should still be transparent

Actual Behavior

When setting a transparent window which is not resizable to be resizable again, the transparency breaks and a black area is shown

Additional Information

After the window opens, just remove all content via the devtools (delete body) so that the entire window is transparent, after the timeout the area will be black
