Describe the bug
Today when the integrations popover is opened and the app refreshes, the popover will close because the items in the list are re-rendered.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open the Uptime app
2. Set a fast autorefresh interval, 5s or 10s
3. Expand the integrations popover
4. When the app refreshes, the popover will seem to close

Expected behavior
The popover won't close on refresh, or the refresh won't happen while the popover is expanded.
