Yes, when switching minor versions and the major version 4. And then after updating the repo url, only when upgrading, it's easiest to remove/install instead of doing the permissions dance. My only comment on this might be to say something along the lines of 'when upgrading rpm or deb packages...` for the title to clarify that this doesn't cover the .tar.gzs, and does cover the deb and rpm files in addition to the repo. |

Included instructions for versions before and after 4.5.4. When upgrading from versions older than 4.5.4, it's advisable to remove and reinstall rather than upgrade due to bugs in the packages in older versions.
