Problem

The Dashboard and Visualize apps lack a central place for viewing and managing the associated saved objects. See #7900 for more info.

Solution

Create landing pages with tables for presenting the app's saved objects. These tables will:

• Be searchable
• Be paginated
• Surface controls for creating, viewing, editing, and deleting saved objects
