The work done by ML on Data Visualizer is great - #96408, and now that it is being moved into it's own plugin, Discover should also contribute to the code, and make it a part of Discover as a new tab on the top of Discover.
It should go right about where it says 4hits in this screenshot (we'll let design do their magic on the tab look / feel)
Every filter, sort and column should stay in place for the MVP when switching tabs.
For starters we will implement the plugin as a new tab, but we'll need a name for the current view. I would suggest 'Data Grid' to keep it simple. So we'll then have two tabs; Data Grid and Data Visualizer.
