What
Reduce the number of clicks needed to add a new visualization to the dashboard.
Why
Currently it takes 8 or 9 clicks to create a new visualization from a dashboard. Bump that number by one or two if the user first went to 'Add' thinking they could create a new visualization from that menu.
In the new implementation, that number gets cut to 6. Still a large number, but an improvement, and I find the flow to be more natural, especially when someone might expect add new visualization to be an option in the add panel.

How
This gives the user a link in the Add panel to take them directly to add new visualization page.

*Note: I don't love the position of this link - I'd probably prefer to place it next to the Manage Visualizations link.
As long as they remain in that flow, and don't break away from the page, they'll see a Save and Return button in the Visualization save panel.

As soon as they exit the app, the flow is cancelled, and a normal Save button will be shown (e.g. if they clicked Discover and then Visualize, they won't see Save and Return.
Improvement Ideas
I'm not in love with the location of the Add new visualization link in the gif above. I think it should probably end up next to Manage Visualizations.
