Describe the bug:
Slices order in the Pie and Donut chart in Lens is mirrored compared to the default in the elastic-charts one.
In elastic charts slices are sorted by size, the first one is set on the left of the midday mark while the rest are displaced clock-wise:

In Lens this is exactly mirrored with the first slice being on the right of the midday mark, and the rest spread anti-clock-wise:

Expected behavior:
Follow the elastic-chart behaviour.
Any additional context:
Talked with @markov00 about why having the first slice on the left of the midday mark, and that is to compare the first two slices side by side, while the rest follows the best practice.
