We should be able to configure certain parameters like "load_elasticsearch_size" in the event that we want to display ALL of our dashboards saved in ES. I am sure there are quite a few other params out there that people would like to see. Whether this is in config.js or a panel that gets saved to ES doesn't matter IMHO.
