Safari browser UI overlap for "save" and "cancel" button while Editing external connectors setting for case.

Preconditions
1.Cloud environment having version 7.10.1 BC1 on production should exist

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Kibana url on Browser.
2. Click "Security" from the left navigation bar.
3. Go to Case tab.
4. Click on "Create new Case" button.
5. Fill all the value in the field present under step 1 "Case fields"
6. Don't select any connectors setting for now. ignore step 2 "External connectors fields"
7. Click on "Create case" button.
8. Once case is created click on pencil icon against the "External incident Management system"
9. Select the created connectors from the drop-down
10. Observed that "Save" and "cancel" button were overlapped with the "severity" field.

Note: Overlap issue not occurring if user adds the connectors setting before click create case button [i.e step 6]
