Summary
Since re-designing the header area, we've moved the search and date picker controls down into the content area of each tab for the selected service. Here's an example where that might be problematic. The user has chosen a time range which eventually will time out. Now, they have no way of changing the time range to something else and get some results. They're stuck with going back to the starting point.

Expected experience
The search and date picker should remain in view even if the date range will eventually timeout. Since the request times out, the user would want a way to select a shorter range in order to get results in the view.
