Describe the feature:
When a user is upgrading their agent binaries in Fleet, we should have text in the product to communicate that it is an experimental feature. This allows users to test the feature while giving us flexibility to change implementation or licensing. Adding text on the dialog below will help communicate that more clearly. These text changes should apply to both the single agent and multiple agent versions of the dialog box.

It'd be nice to get this into 7.10 but it doesn't seem like a breaking change. Since its just text it shouldn't impact the behavior of any feature?
