This state shouldn't be possible. We should always be in the Default view if no other view is selected.

No view selected appears when the currentView is equal to null; opening Manage Views and switching to the default view changes the value of currentView. We should investigate why the value of currentView is null on pageload and make sure there's no disadvantage to just always displaying Default view.
