Summary

Kibana has introduced a new stacked header in Kibana and as a result, menu options can be placed in the secondary header bar along with the breadcrumb.

This means that we can place our existing menu options such as Settings, Alerts, and Add data in an existing bar and not necessarily reserve space for it in our in-app navigation.
