Give feedbackNo fields configured for issues without a type.
The PagerDuty action page(and others) refer to xpack.encryptedSavedObjects.encryptionKey.
However
xpack.encryptedSavedObjects.encryptionKeyis not allowed in cloud, and is already being populated by cloud. We need to update the docs accordingly.
