Describe the bug:

"Show Dates" (core.euiSuperDatePicker.showDatesButtonLabel) and the associated "Refresh" button (see screenshot attached) are not translated when using Kibana with a different locale.

Expected behavior:
Translation for these 2 labels should apply.
