Describe the bug:
I create a visualization and save it with a custom name. Then I go to Inspect --> Download CSV and the csv doesn't have the visualization saved name but it is saved as unsaved.csv. If I reload the page, the downloaded csv title is correct.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install the kibana_sample_data_logs dataset
2. Create a data table or any visualization
3. Save it
4. Go to Inspect--> Download CSV --> Choose either Formatted CSV or Raw
5. CSV is downloaded with the name unsaved.csv

This doesn't happen on 7.8

Expected behavior:
Should be saved with the visualization name
