Describe the bug:
in Discover, when renaming a saved search, the breadcrumb does not reflect the new name

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add or open a saved search
2. Click save
3. Change the name of the saved
4. Make sure the 'save as new' checkbox is unchecked
5. Save the saved search and

Expected behavior:
The breadcrumb should reflect the new name
