Kibana version: 7.7.0

When filling out the alert flyout, a user can press ESC and lose all of their field data. In metrics, our alert conditions can be a little involved to set up, so losing data could be frustrating. It would be nice to have a confirmation dialog show up if the alert form is dirty before the flyout dismisses.
