The Graph application is currently a platinum feature, but its feature definition does not specify a set of valid licenses, so Graph shows up on the Spaces and Role Management screens as a valid feature that can be controlled, regardless of the current license level.
This is only a cosmetic defect - it does not impact the existing functionality or license checks of the graph app.
