Describe the bug:

In an air-gapped environment without access to feeds.elastic.co, PDF report generation fails because http://feeds.elastic.co/kibana/v7.5.1.json cannot be accessed.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open up any dashboard
2. Navigate to Share > PDF report
3. Start report generation

Expected behavior: Reports are generated
