Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, from source, etc.): source

Describe the bug:

Dashboard PDF and PNG reports are showing the panels with a space at the bottom. They seem like they might be stretched vertically as well. Example:

It appears the dashboard dimensions sent to the Reporting API are miscalculated
