Cleanup copy-to-space UI controls

https://github.com/elastic/kibana/pull/48119 fixes a [bug](https://github.com/elastic/eui/issues/2071) with `EuiSelectable`, which is used by the "Copy saved objects to space" functionality. We have code in place to workaround this bug that we can now remove.
