In the [Impact column](https://github.com/elastic/kibana/blob/bf669c4ce25e5b3deacff9932b78a70f3bffea96/x-pack/legacy/plugins/apm/public/components/app/TraceOverview/TraceList.tsx#L80-L89) it just says "Impact" with the bar but there's no way for the user to know what that means. Provide the user some information about what Impact means in the UI.
