The initial "Copy saved objects to space" feature does not allow for saved objects to be copied without references.
For example, copying a dashboard from Space A to Space B will also copy all associated viaualizations, index patterns, etc. This was done to make the experience more intuitive by working around a limitation in the Saved Objects Import functionality.
Once #43873 is resolved, we should update the "copy to space" UI to allow for optional reference copying.
