In kibana_sample_data_logs, there are many documents for which geo.dst and geo.src are not the US (e.g., India, China), but it looks like all the values within geo.coordinates are always US-based. This is quite confusing when playing with the data. For example, no data points would show up in Asia, but this is what would be expected when looking at fields geo.dst and geo.src in Discover.

I am unsure where that sample data is taken from and/or whether it has been auto-generated. In any case, I would argue that consistent data makes for a much better user experience.
