Currently if no events are found we show a message that says "No results found". I suggest we'd be better served with an empty plot. This seems like a more generic way to say "No data to show here" as there may be situations in which hits exist, but aren't suitable for display.
For example, when setting a min on an XY plot. Perhaps I've set min to 400
