Steps to reproduce (assumes ChromeVox or similar)

  1. Navigate to the Rollup UI
  2. Click Create Rollup Job
  3. Tab to the Index Pattern Field

Actual Result

  1. Screen Reader correctly reads label and hint, but skips the microtext under the field

Expected Result

  1. Screen reader could read that for better accessibility
