Describe the bug:
When you setup a multi-metric gauge you cannot have the gauges running vertical, only horizontal.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a multi-metric gauge
2. Add to dashboard as wider, horizontal panel
3. Try to resize as vertical panel

Expected behavior:
Bump any viz after the first down below the first one to maintain use of the width of the panel.
