Describe the bug:
On configuring External Connectors under Cases, Credentials are not saved with configuration and shows error as 401.

VERSION: 9.3.0
BUILD: 94896
COMMIT: 3d14a16df1e83181f4d46b6fa1684c0b312bbd04

Pre-conditions:*

  1. Kibana 9.3.0 must be running.
  2. Credentials for External Connectors must be available.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Navigate to Security -> Cases.
  2. Click on Settings option to open Settings page.
  3. Click on Add Connector option.
  4. Choose any available connector.
  5. Fill out the required details and Save Connector.
  6. Select the same created connector and open edit connector page.
  7. Observe that Authentication section of the connector will shown as empty.
  8. Navigate to any Case.
  9. Add same connector under the Case.
  10. Observe that it will show an error as [Action][Jira]: Unable to get issue types. Error: Request failed with status code 401. Reason: unknown: errorResponse.errors was null

Expected behavior:
On configuring External Connectors under Cases, Credentials should be saved with configuration without any errors.
