Describe the bug:
Under All tab of the Activity section of the case detail page, the count is not updated for the removal of the added tags.

Kibana/Elasticsearch Stack version:

VERSION: 9.3.0

BUILD: 94896

COMMIT: 3d14a16df1e83181f4d46b6fa1684c0b312bbd04

Pre Conditions:
1.Kibana 9.3 or latest must be running.
2.Different cases should be created.
3.Description, comments, files and tags should be added for the created case.

Steps to reproduce:

1.Navigate to Security>Cases
2.Click on any of the created case.
3.Add comment for that case.
4.Attach a file for the same case.
5.Add tag under the same case.
6.Observe that for all these activities, the count gets updated under All tab,
7.Now remove the already added tag from the same case.
8.Observe that the count does not get updated under All tab of the Activity section of the case detail page

Current behavior:
The count for the removed tags does not get updated under the All tab in the Activity section under case detail page.

Expected behavior:
The count for the removed tags should also get updated under the All tab in the Activity section under case detail page.
