Description
Dialog modal, flyout, field visible title should be announced for the users, especially using assistive technology to know what dialog modal, flyout opened, what field is active and what is needed to enter in it.

Preconditions
Platform -> Maps -> Create page.
Use Screen Reader (VoiceOver).

Steps to reproduce

1.Navigate to Color (when saving Create map and Create tag selected from Tags options(None option selected for Add to dashboard)).
2.Observe page and screen reader.

Actual Result

• Field is announced without name.

Expected Result

• Field is announced with name: the one which is present as label on the page for it ("Color, 8A8D15, contents... edit text").
