Description

We recently got an incident where a package policy with a high number of package policies caused OOM errors, we should investigate what number of agent policy per reusable package policy is acceptable, and define a limit.

We should check if that limit should only apply to serverless or if we should have one for cloud/on prem too.

Open questions

• Should we investigate the code to find/optimize how package policies work with a lot of agent policies
• Once we figured an acceptable limit, we should add a performance test to avoid any regressions.
