Kibana version: 6.4.0 BC6

Elasticsearch version: 6.4.0 BC6

Server OS version: w_2012

Browser version: IE 11

Browser OS version: windows

Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, from source, etc.): from staging

Describe the bug: When user adds a custom logo for reporting in advanced settings in IE and saves it - Kibana is displaying a lot of empty space.

This looks fine in chrome and Firefox.
