We should automate the process in which we have been largely doing manually. When there is a build failure on a tracked branch, we should create an issue for this. If there is already an issue for the failure, a comment about the subsequent failure should be posted. This should allow for more visibility to build failures where the team can be mentioned and can further understand the impact.
