Elastic AI Assistant - Implement citations

Background

The AI assistant is using its knowledge base to answer queries however for the enduser it is difficult to know which parts of the response are facts and which parts are generated by the LLM. It is also difficult to know exactly what documents were used by the LLM to form the response.

User Story/ Problem Statement(s)

As a user, I expect the Elastic AI Assistant to cite the data/documents it used to form its response.

Success Criteria

Any response that makes use of the provided sources, should reference those sources.
