Kibana version: 6.3.0

Currently, if the y-axis metrics do not deviate much over the course the period selected for monitoring (this is an example for Beats monitoring), the chart looks odd because the line is certainly not flat, but the y-axis labels will be the same. For example:

If we show a few more decimals in the y-axis labeling, the chart will make more sense to the end users.
