Describe the bug:
The bigger sizes of the text in the annotation causes it to go over the edge of the panel.
Because of this the visualization tries to resize in order to fit the new length, the mouse is no longer hovering over the annotation so the tooltip is closed. The visualization resizes back causing the same behavior.
