A test failed on a tracked branch

AssertionError: Timed out retrying after 150000ms: Expected to find element: `[data-test-subj="addElasticRulesButton"]`, but never found it.

Because this error occurred during a `before each` hook we are skipping the remaining tests in the current suite: `Installation of prebuilt rules`
    at clickAddElasticRulesButton (webpack:///./tasks/prebuilt_rules.ts:22:5)
