Describe a specific use case for the feature:
Currently, you have to scroll a lot in the new document view if a field is huge (because of stacktrace, for example).
We want to bring back the option “Toggle field details” for big field in the new layout view

Which is a trade of #80799

Now we expand the field on the right side, but we have no option to reduce the size
