This is a meta issue, for implementing the new inspector, that will replace the current spy panel solution.

• Detach spy panels from visualization container Detach spy panel from visualization #15901
• Create new requests panel, that doesn't depend on courier anymore Create a proper request/response inspector for visualizations #15897
• Make timelion log its requests to the new requests panel
• Make TSVB log its requests to the new requests panel (requires [TSVB] Introducing Timerange Data Mode for Metric Style Visualizations #15760 to get access to ES requests)
• Remove all Angular code for Inspector
• Rewrite Table mode as React component (requires EuiTableOfRecords component eui#250)
