**Kibana version**: master **Elasticsearch version**: 6.0 **Browser version**: Chrome 63 **Description of the problem including expected versus actual behavior**: TSVB button tooltips are not showing anymore, they used to show in the past. **Steps to reproduce**: 1. Create a new TSVB vis 2. Hover over any of the buttons that should have a tooltip, as in the image below  ping @simianhacker
