📓 Summary

As the migration to domain endpoints for the inventory-view and metrics-explorer-view saved object is complete, we want to get rid of the unused legacy code.

✔️ Acceptance criteria

• Remove client saved object definition and schema
• Remove custom hooks to read/write data views related to those saved objects
• Remove the generic useDataView hook if not used anymore
