Description of the problem including expected versus actual behavior:
When the TSVB Metric vis has focus (By clicking it), the vis moves a bit and looks weird.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a TSVB metric vis
2. Add the vis to a dashboard
3. Click the vis and click outside of the vis
4. Observe the movement
