Based on the work of the app services and data discovery team, ad hoc data views which are not persisted as saved object should be supported in Lens. POC: #135991

Blocked on #137031 to allow field existence / field summaries for non-persisted data views (as this is calculated on the Kibana server it currently only works for persisted data views)

Blocked on #137309 due to merge conflicts managing data views in multiple places
