Date & Time is shown for the "Modified by" field instead of "User Name" under the Trusted Application.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the administration tab under security.
2. Go to trusted application tab and add an trusted application.
3. Observe that Date & Time is shown for the "Modified by" field instead of "User Name" under the Trusted Application.
