Migrate `Client IP Count Timeline` to lens for NATS and STAN packages

## Description

`Client IP Count Timeline` panel from `[Logs NATS] Overview` and `[Logs STAN] Overview` dashboard contains **IP Range** function. As of now (till Kibana 8.10.2), **IP range** function is not supported in lens.
