As part of developing an OOTB integration for Azure Functions, we need a datastream to collect metrics as mentioned in #6086 . This issue is to keep track of the development tasks needed to complete the integration. The tasks include adding new metricset(s), ingest pipelines, field mappings, kibana dashboards, documentation, and finally end-to-end testing.

Tasks involved:

• Add a data stream with ingest pipelines
• Create dashboards for visualising metrics and logs
