[Azure Functions] Update docs for the integration package and the functionapplogs datastream

### Scope
Update the package documentation as per the [guidelines](https://github.com/elastic/integrations/blob/main/docs/documentation_guidelines.md#documentation-guidelines)

### Acceptance Criteria
 All the fields, pipelines, assets, samples are documented for both the package and the datastream
