Create a new "AWS Fargate metrics" Elastic Agent integration based on current AWS Fargate module in [Metricbeat](https://github.com/elastic/beats/tree/master/x-pack/metricbeat/module/awsfargate). AWS Fargate can work with both ECS and EKS container services and we should make sure that the integrations works with both. For logs we have few options (AWS custom logs integration & [Firelens](https://www.elastic.co/blog/elastic-cloud-with-aws-firelens-accelerate-time-to-insight-with-agentless-data-ingestion)) already for the users.
