Description

It would be nice to add some additional info to https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/fleet/master/upgrade-elastic-agent.html that get asked pretty often from users but are not documented anywhere (or at least i couldn't find them in the docs).

• The eligible version for an agent upgrade must be less than the latest installed fleet server version. This limitation is enforced by the elastic agent. I added a warning in Fleet with [Fleet] Display warning when trying to upgrade agent to version > max fleet server version kibana#178079, otherwise the user only discovers it after attempting the upgrade.
• The status of upgradeability of the agent can come both from elastic agent and Fleet. First Fleet checks if agent.local_metadata.elastic.agent.upgradeable: true (Reported from elastic agent - not sure if there are docs about this), then does additional checks. I added a warning in the UI with [Fleet] Display message explaining why agent is not upgradeable kibana#173253 in 8.13 and there are many possible conditions that can make the agent not upgradable. Ping me for further explanations on this.
